DESCRIPTION:FFC GRONINGEN \nJune 15th, 2022\n\nFossil fuel companies clean their image by sponsoring sports events, festivals and schools– a practice known as greenwashing. For a small slice of their enormous PR budgets, oil and gas companies can buy a false image of generosity. When they use cultural institutions to sanitise their reputation, it is artwashing. This is what GasTerra does with the Groningen Museum.\nLet’s ban the fossil fuel industry from our cultural institutions! Do you want to fight art washing* by pressuring the Groninger Museum to cut their ties with Gasunie and GasTerra? After two performances this year, Fossil Free Culture Groningen organizes a double trouble event!
