With this oil-stained piece of nature, the Muses call upon each and every museum to stop legitimizing the ecocidal business model of the fossil fuel industry by accepting their ill-gained money.
With this shrieking silent signal, the Muses herald they feel compelled to appear, without further notice, to alert the museum’s public to the ethical breach, and to protect the cultural heritage of humanity from the disgrace of association with climate criminals such as Shell.
With the future of all culture, and all cultures at stake, the Muses implore these institutions to read the writing on the wall, to take up their moral responsibility, and do their part to End The Fossil Fuel Age Now.
