About the foundation
Stichting Fossil Free Culture NL was founded on 22 December 2017 and is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Statutory goal: to support and enable socially and politically engaged art projects, in the Netherlands and abroad, that focus on combating climate change.
The foundation is recognised by the Dutch Tax Administration as a public benefit organisation (ANBI) and as a cultural ANBI, both since 1 September 2020. Donations may be tax-deductible in the Netherlands.

Remuneration policy
Board members are not paid for their work on the board.
The foundation has no employees.
The foundation works with freelancers and volunteers. All freelancers are paid at the same rate, whatever their age, experience, gender or background, and whatever the kind of work they do for the foundation.
